Deposit

  • A non refundable deposit of $30 is required to book an appointment. The deposit is deducted from the total cost. (Ex: if your total is $200 and you paid the deposit you will only pay $170 at the appointment). The rest is the balance is to be paid in CASH ONLY at the appointment.

How to book/Reschedule/Cancel

    • To book an appointment be ready to pay your deposit. Be sure of the style, size, and length that you will like. Click on the desired style to see the available days and times.     • If for any reason you will like to cancel, please do so on the booking website Or call us immidiatly. you must cancel 48 hours or more prior to your appointment. All cancellations will result in the deposit forfeited. If you need to reschedule an existing appointment, please contact us. Additional booking deposit may be required.

    • If the time slots available don’t work for you text me so I can see if it’s possible to make an exception.

    • WE HAVE HAIR AVAILABLE  in stock with colors 1b, 4, 27, 30, Burgundy, and 613. If you want to use different color please text me so that I can give you the details

Duration/Tardiness

      • Completion time varies depending on the size, length and my assistants availability. Please be prepared to stay the longest time. The appointment could be 3-4 hours less time but it’s not guaranteed…..mini braids= 4 to 6 hours. Small braids take 3 to 5 hours. Medium braids take 2 to 4 hours. Large braids take 2 to 4 hours.

      •  Please understand that being late to your appointment will affect my schedule. Make the necessary arrangements to be on time or not more than 15 minutes late. WE ARE HAPPY TO SEE YOU.
